Pay & Schedule
**Pay Rate:** **$18.00 per hour** ( **Overtime after 40 hours** )
2nd Shift (High Demand):
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Saturdays as needed
_First shift availability is limited._
Work Environment
Refrigerated facility (approximately 30°F)
Fast-paced production line
Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Exposure to noise and airborne particles
All required PPE is provided
Position Overview
Production Associates support daily food production operations. Responsibilities include **packaging refrigerated food products** , maintaining clean work areas, and supporting team production goals. **No previous experience required — paid training provided.**
Key Responsibilities
**Package and assemble food trays** according to safety and quality standards
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables
Assist the production team in meeting daily targets
Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10+ hours
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Reliable transportation required (late-night shift)
Must wear company-provided PPE
Authorized to work in the U.S.
