    Job Descriptions:

    Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact while leading a compassionate, patient-centered team? Our RN Supervisors serve as the central point of support and leadership for their Pod, ensuring exceptional care and a positive experience for both patients and staff. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care within your scope, collaborate closely with providers and MAs, and help guide the team through more complex patient needs.

     

    Salary: $52.65 - $62.00 starting, DOE.

     

    Schedule: Monday-Wednesday & Friday 8am-5pm

    Benefit Highlights:

    Duties

    + Lead and support your Pod’s nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.

    + Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.

    + Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.

    + Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.

    + Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

    Required Experience:

    + RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California

    + Two years RN experience.

    + Current CPR Certificate.
