If so, General Floor is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our evolving, data-driven sales culture from our Bellmawr, NJ Headquarters!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tracking performance, driving follow-through, and partnering with leadership to fuel sales growth across multiple branches. 🚀
• What You’ll Do:
• Manage and maintain sales tracking systems for HubSpot quoting, incentives, customer rebates, and commissions
• Monitor program performance and follow up with Regional Managers to ensure consistent execution
• Compile and analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Support Inside Sales and Marketing by aligning initiatives with measurable results
• Coordinate communication and reporting between HQ and branch locations on KPIs and sales programs
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all sales-related reporting systems
•️ Assist in developing tools, templates, dashboards, and scorecards to improve visibility
• Drive accountability by prompting action on overdue tasks, missed follow-ups, or underperforming metrics
• Partner with leadership to sustain a proactive, results-focused sales environment
• What You Bring to the Table:
• Experience in sales support, operations, analytics, coordination, or a similar role
• Strong comfort with data, reporting tools, and systems (CRM experience a plus!)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Analytical mindset — you enjoy digging into numbers and telling the story behind them
• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership
•️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives on track
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for accountability and continuous improvement

Salary Range: $20-$22/hr
The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
