Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Tool & Die Supervisor in the Murfreesboro, TN area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise tooling personnel, assign work, and monitor progress
+ Lead troubleshooting, corrective actions, and long-term solutions for die issues
+ Manage tooling spare parts, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
+ Apply knowledge of materials, coatings, and heat treatment to improve die durability
+ Coordinate priorities with production and engineering teams
+ Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance tooling performance and shop organization
+ Enforce safety standards, mentor toolmakers, and develop team skills
+ Track tooling performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics
Qualifications:
+ Associate's/Technical degree or higher
+ 7+ years of experience in tool & die, maintenance, engineering, or similar
+ 2+ years of leadership experience
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
