**Salary:** $33 – $46/hr (based on experience)
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Nights (Rotating Weekends)
**Bonus:** Sign-On Bonus up to $25,000

Position Summary
The RN ICU provides specialized, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU, MICU, SICU, and CSU settings. This nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in alignment with hospital policies and best practices. The role ensures patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and specialty units
+ Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, labs, and other clinical indicators
+ Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
+ Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to hospital protocols and patient-specific needs
+ Respond to emergent patient situations and provide advanced life support as needed
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
+ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance patient care
Qualifications
+ Current and active RN license in the state of Florida
+ Minimum 1 year of ICU, MICU, SICU, or CSU experience preferred
+ BLS and ACLS certification required; additional critical care certifications preferred
+ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

**Pay Details:** $33.00 to $46.00 per hour
