Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a **Machine Operator (1st Shift)** in **Littleton, NH** .
This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity to build on your manufacturing experience while gaining long-term stability. You’ll be joining a strong Adecco assignment with access to Adecco Perks, including free upskilling tools to support your career growth.

Responsibilities
+ Operate press, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machines in a manufacturing environment
+ Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and bills of material
+ Perform quality checks and accurately record production and scrap counts
+ Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic machine or quality issues
+ Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times
Requirements
+ Machine Operator experience preferred
+ Ability to read tape measures and use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drill guns)
+ Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow directions
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and stand/bend/reach during shift
+ Respirator required (role works in powder manufacturing area)
+ Safety shoes and safety glasses required at interview
+ Location: Burndy Road, Littleton, NH 03561 (Onsite)

**Pay Details:** $18.63 per hour
