SUMMARY
As a Director of Operations, your management experience is vital to the day-to-day operations of the department. You work strategically to consistently maintain and improve practices. Manages and directs the operations of multiple departments/divisions (service-lines) across five hospitals on a daily and strategic basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Administration. Devise and implement optimal organizational structure to ensure efficient practice operations, based on available financial and personnel resources; recruit, hire and evaluate management staff; develop and implement standardized processes and systems within the department related to billing, patient service and data reporting; collaborate with leadership in strategic planning
+ Quality Assurance. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure compliance with RRH quality initiatives; promote continuous quality improvement; ensure optimal patient service and promote ongoing patient satisfaction
+ Finance & Billing. Collaborate with leadership to ensure optimal financial performance; contribute to the budget formulation and ensure compliance; coordinate appropriate orientation of staff training on billing issues and systems; ensure maximum reimbursement within regulatory guidelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare operations and leadership preferred.
+ Demonstrated experience and success working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
+ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
+ Exceptional analytical and communication skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospital, Public Administration or related discipline preferred; Master’s in same fields desired.
+ Strong analytical and communication skills.

PAY RANGE:
$85,000.00 - $130,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
