• Management Analyst

    ManTech (Lothian, MD)


    **MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Management Analyst** to join our team in **Patuxent River, MD.** This is a 100% onsite position.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

    + Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.

    + Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.

    + Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

    + Track program/project status and schedules.

    + Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.

    + Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.

    + Ability to support CONUS travel on occasion

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + BS/BA degree in a technical or business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant work experience OR an associate’s degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) plus four (4) years’ additional work experience may be substituted

    + 3+ years of experience performing work related to Project Management

    + 3+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations

    + Familiar with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations or related DoD supporting Navy Aviation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations

    + Ability to conduct briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active TOP SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain SCI eligibility

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
