Salary: Salary pay range is min. $57,265 to a max. $74,574 per year based on education & experience

Essential Job Functions Overview:
Individual will provide IT support for all Lakeview Health Services, Inc. sites. This will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance and providing user assistance. Individuals should strive to create a healing environment that respects the perspectives and experiences of the individuals, families, staff, and communities we serve by practicing safe, respectful communication as well as respecting individuals’ boundaries and differences.
Essential Job Functions:
• Perform the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment, mobile devices and software within established standards and guidelines.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain tablets and smartphones.
• Provide support to staff members for IT related issues either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed. Escalate issues with vendors as required.
• Support information and cyber security measures. Interface with security vendors to escalate incidents.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and issues.
• Supports IT Department with special assignments and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
AAS degree and five years’ experience or high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years in a help desk/computer repair/IT support role. NYS Driver’s License, as driving is an essential function of this position.
Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Operating Systems – Server 2012 and above, Entra, Windows 11 and above, Office 365 applications, various browsers; networking related technologies; knowledge with Android operating system; strong customer service skills; strength in technical problem solving based on expertise and experience. As well as a Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
Skills and Abilities:
Use of contemporary office equipment including, but not limited to, a multi-line phone system, computer, fax machine, copier, e-mail, and voice-mail; to plan, organize, and complete work as assigned; to work effectively and professionally with co-workers and Supervisor; to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals and to recognize and maintain appropriate confidentiality of clients and work materials. Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work with frequent interruptions, in the absence of supervision, and always maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
General office environment, time spent traveling among programs, ability to stand, bend, squat and lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
