Responsibilities

+ Provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care, ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered treatment.

+ Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and communicate changes promptly to providers and supervisors.

+ Complete all required patient care documentation accurately and on time.

+ Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies.

+ Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and patient care conferences to support continuous learning.

+ Serve as a clinical resource and assist with onboarding and supporting fellow nursing and center staff.

+ Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong follow-through in all assigned tasks.

+ Support center growth by collaborating with sales and marketing teams when educational involvement is needed.

+ Prioritize personal safety and follow all precautions when handling hazardous medications, blood, or body fluids.

+ Maintain licensure, certifications, and clinical competencies.

Required Qualifications

+ Completion of an accredited nursing program.

+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

+ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience involving infusion therapy, including venous access and patient assessment.

+ Current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

+ At least 1 year of specialized infusion experience.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and clinical documentation systems.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 32 - 54 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
