    Essential Criteria:

    + Bachelor-s degree in Business or equivalent related experience preferred.

    + 2-3 years of related work experience preferred.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Detailed, organized, and proactive.

    + Flexible and able to react quickly to changing priorities.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of responsibilities.

    + Self-directed within a team environment.

    + Knowledge of sales and bidding processes.

    + Ability to understand electrical, structural and technical information.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.

    + Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communications.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and engineers.

    + Manage the complete project workflow process from project creation to installation.

    + Update systems to ensure project communications and details are captured.

    + Analyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections.

    + Conduct project reviews and contribute to the overall design, pricing, and sales strategy.

    + Create and maintain accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteria.

    + Prepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittals.

    + Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules.

    + Manage installation contracts and support contractors and customers during the post-sale and installation processes.

    + Identify effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the process.
