Job Overview
Ebenezer managed, Riley Crossing Senior Living is looking for a **Sales/Marketing Coordinator** to support the Director of Outreach & Sales in achieving/maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer Assisted Living./Memory care housing community and providing great customer service with prospective residents and family members during the decision making process as well as through the moving transition into the community.
This Sales/Marketing schedule includes:
+ 16 hours per two week pay period, Day shifts, part-time
+ Mainly M-F, but weekends as needed

**Riley Crossing** is one of Ebenezer's newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent, Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.
Job Responsibilites:
Supports the implementation of the sales and marketing plan aimed at achieving/maintaining full occupancy:
+ Follows Ebenezer Sale System guidelines.
+ Ensures that marketing materials are current and available
+ Understands market and trend information as it relates to the senior housing community
+ Schedules and conducts tours
+ Implements pre-closings of unit sales
+ Maintains data base on prospective and current residents
+ Maintains occupancy reporting requirements
+ Manages wait list
Promotes positive customer relations:
+ Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home
+ Creates and maintains positive on-going relationships with customers including prospects, residents, families and professionals
+ Maintains database of contact records up-to-date
+ Builds awareness about community and provides responsive service to referral sources and other groups
+ Assists residents and their family members through the moving process
Serves as a resource to residents/tenants and families seeking information:
+ Prepares or obtains materials from community resources and program files
+ Participates in lease signings with new residents and their family members
+ Works with Sales and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing and referral events.
Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor of Arts Marketing, Communications or related majors
