+ Salary: $85,000 - $105,000; plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and optimize asset lifecycle costs
+ Focus on identifying critical assets, analyzing failure modes, and designing maintenance plans that balance safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
+ Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs i.e., failure and root cause analysis, etc.
+ Support Maintenance department in the development of a priority ranking of equipment and benchmark equipment performance to identify opportunities
+ Conduct gap assessments of maintenance practices in the manufacturing plant and provide feedback to correct and/or improve the team’s practices and performance
+ Provide technical expertise to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF)
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree
