    The Quality Performance Improvement Consultant will be responsible for improving clinical and operational workflows to ensure safe, timely, efficient, effective, and patient-centered care. This role provides consultative PI and project management support for department-specific and complex, system-wide improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate system-wide PI projects and manage all aspects of project coordination and reporting.

    + Serve as a consultant to assigned service line(s) and manage service line dashboards.

    + Identify and implement improvements in clinic workflows for population health.

    + Conduct data extraction, analysis, synthesis, and presentation to measure effectiveness and ensure sustainability of improvements.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience:Leading from start to finish performance improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, IHI's Model for Improvement, Design Thinking). Certifications preferred. Background in healthcare preferred.

    + Education:Clinical or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management) Preferred.

    + Skills:Exceptional data manipulation, analysis, and visualization skills (including pivot tables and statistical process control charts), documenting workflows utilizing tools such as Vizio or LucidChart; proven project management ability; excellent communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

    + **A** **ttributes** :Team-oriented, collaborative, flexible, innovative, and empathetic to diverse patient and workforce needs.

     

    Please note that the final offer may vary within the listed Pay Range, based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
