Guide teams and process owners through the development of process maps and procedure updates. Typically works on projects or process improvement initiatives that are small to moderate in scope, risk and/or organizational span. Receives general direction and support from the reporting manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Work with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to model the sequenced set of activities needed for the scoped process according to business rules and required practices.
2. Engage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to update or develop new procedure related to change initiatives.
3. Identify risks/impacts/opportunities during process mapping development.
4. Completes integrated process analysis.
5. Consults with leaders to understand, influence, adapt design and create alternatives for consideration.
6. Follows up with first line Risk partners to get Risk and Controls documented within approved process map
7. Ensures approved process map is published and linked appropriately to corresponding procedure.
8. Partner with impacted groups to build consensus, prioritize requests and resolve issues.
9. Ensure that all processes are designed to establish compliance to address concerns of all federal and state regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of five years in a combination of professional services and financial services industry or other equivalent experience.
2. Ability to facilitate effectively in either a face-to-face or virtual environment.
3. Experience supporting high demand environments, balancing multiple deadlines and helping partners drive to meet deadlines.
4. Effective relationship builder that can quickly gain trust and credibility with external teammates.
5. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Familiarization with Visio or other process mapping/modeling software.
7. Familiarization in business and process improvement initiatives and programs.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Conceptual ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.
10. Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as the needs of the job change.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Six-Sigma Certification.
