    Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) | Hybrid (2 remote days per week)

    About the Role

    We’re seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in driving talent acquisition for a rapidly growing organization. In this position, you’ll manage high-volume recruiting and onboarding processes, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to broader HR functions as the role evolves into a generalist capacity.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

    + Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit.

    + Coordinate pre-employment processes (background checks, assessments, drug testing).

    + Manage onboarding to deliver a positive new-hire experience.

    + Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and job descriptions.

    + Post job openings across multiple platforms (website, job boards, social media).

    + Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.

    + Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

    + Ensure compliance with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines.

    + Support new hires during their initial employment period.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 4+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred).

    + Proficiency with ATS systems and onboarding processes.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + Nice-to-have: experience in benefits administration, HR support, and generalist duties.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
