About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales efforts in the business aircraft and turboprop market.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong aviation back ground and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage accounts, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
+ Manage and grow existing client accounts (50% Account Management).
+ Provide technical support in collaboration with in-house resources (25% Technical Support).
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities (25% Business Development).
+ Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
+ Foster strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of aviation sales experience.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Established customer network in Saab, Fairchild, ATR, DeHavilland, Gulfstream, Textron.
+ Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools; Component Control Quantum experience highly preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Marketing, or related field.
+ Specialization in older Gulfstream G100/G250 aircraft and jet/turboprop sales is a plus.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Insurance benefits – Health, dental, and vision coverage are available. Retirement benefits – A 401(k) plan is offered. Vacation policy – Paid time off is included.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
