• Quality Assurance Technician

    Covert Manufacturing Inc. (Galion, OH)


    Quality Technician / Floor Inspector responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:

    -First Piece Inspection & Approval.

     

    -In-process inspection.

     

    -Final Inspections

     

    -Operate CMM /FARO Arm

     

    -Setting of gages prior to use.

     

    -Perform duties as requested by the Quality Manager

     

    -Properly use and read gauges.

     

    2. Reporting Requirements:

     

    This position will report directly to the Quality Manager.

     

    3. Job Requirements:

     

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

     

    Experience: Minimum of 1 year on the job training, working in a manufacturing facility.

     

    Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Must have a general understanding of machining process, basic blue print reading, ISO 9001, ISO 17025

     

    Mathematics: Must know the fundamentals of mathematical calculations
