    What You’ll Do

    + Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently

    + Assist sales managers and sales staff with administrative support

    + Verify deal jackets, title documents, and compliance requirements

    + Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal departments

    + Maintain organized records and ensure smooth workflow in the sales office

    + Support dealership operations with a professional, positive attitude

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Comfortable working with computers and dealership software

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Prior dealership or admin experience is a plus, but not required
