    Responsibilities:

    The Sales Desk Manager is responsible for managing the sales desk operations, structuring deals, supporting the sales team, and maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

     

    + Desk all retail deals to ensure profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction

    + Work closely with sales consultants to structure deals and close transactions

    + Coach, train, and motivate the sales team on sales process, product knowledge, and best practices

    + Meet and greet customers early in the sales process and remain involved through delivery

    + Collaborate with Finance and lender partners to ensure smooth deal flow

    + Monitor sales performance and ensure daily, monthly, and annual sales goals are met

    + Maintain strong communication between Sales, Finance, and Management teams

    + Ensure adherence to dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines

    Qualifications:

    + Proven track record with exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

    + Previous automotive sales management or desking experience

    + Strong deal-structuring, negotiation, and leadership skills

    + Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities

    + Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in your state of residence
