    Shift: D Shift (6PM-6AM)

     

    Join our team as an Inspector-Assembler in the Commercial Group, where you'll play a key role in assembling and packaging an entire product or a component of a product to meet manufacturing specifications and quality standards. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assemble and package products or components according to operator instruction sheets and production standards.

    + Perform routine inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.

    + Use computer systems to report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.

    + Support team goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL SET:

    + High school diploma or GED preferred. (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong team player with effective communication skills.

    + Forklift experience preferred.
