    What You’ll Do:

    + Lay and roll fiberglass materials with precision and care

    + Remove air bubbles to ensure flawless lamination

    + Work with MEK, resin, and fiberglass in open mold lamination

    + Assist in building structural integrity post-lamination

    + Learn and grow across multiple areas of the lamination process

    + Collaborate with a skilled team to bring each boat to life

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or GED preferred

    + Experience with fiberglass rolling and boat construction a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + Team spirit with the ability to work independently

    + Willingness to adapt and learn new skills

    + Excellent vision and attendance

    Safety & Environment:

    You’ll work in a setting exposed to heat, cold, dust, and chemicals. PPE is provided and required—including chemical-resistant gear, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
