About the Role:
CBRE is hiring an Operations Management Manager, onsite in Redmond, WA, to support a major multinational technology client. This role involves leading a team and overseeing the planning, management, and direction of business operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating staff functions to align with the client's strategic goals and ensure operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
+ **Supervise employees, oversee training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and handle recruiting/hiring.**
+ **Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, set deadlines, and provide mentorship.**
+ **Prepare reports, evaluate trends to identify improvements, and manage the monthly forecasting process.**
+ **Uphold company policies, licensing requirements, and all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.**
+ **Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all relevant systems.**
+ **Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement interpersonal protocols.**
+ **Assist with training program development, facilitate communication of policies and initiatives.**
+ **Address issues, model what we value, and influence team members to reach agreements.**
What You'll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Operations Management Manager] position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Operations Management Manager] position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
