About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing small scale / high volume, high MEP complexity interior renovation projects. This role will manage multiple projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
This is a remote position with periodic travel (approximately 25%) to project sites, client meetings, and partner facilities.
What You'll Do:
•Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
•Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
•Oversee contractor selection, bid review, and contract negotiations.
•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
•Monitor progress and proactively address project risks, schedule delays, and cost variances.
•Manage project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
•Support the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
•Mentor junior project team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
What You'll Need:
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or at least 10 years of continuous construction administration or field experience.
•Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
•Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site, or large-scale projects on time and within budget.
•Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, planning and permitting processes.
•Experienced in the comprehensive understanding and application of complex plumbing and electrical systems, coupled with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technical requirements and standards.
•Proven ability to proactively plan complex construction projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of all necessary job requirements prior to commencing work.
•Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and execute projects with strict adherence to established schedules, consistently driving initiatives to achieve specific, non-negotiable deadlines.
•Proficiency in project management software. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in eBuilder (or similar construction management programs), Smartsheets and Power BI.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

T&T carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
