About the role
As a Construction Program Consultant, you will provide support to the Project Management Team on various initiatives impacting Projects from Design to Completion. This role will focus on effective, efficient, and timely utilization of the Project Management web-based systems for Procurement and Construction Bid support, system data integrity, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of architectural design, contractor bid administration, and general construction methodologies.
What you’ll do
+ Manage Construction RFP/Bid Process, including procurement standards, instructions to bidders, leveling, and GC awards are upheld.Post Appropriate Bid Leveling and document management through closeout.
+ Coordinate and Track Procurement Orders for trade equipment with the Design Team, Vendors, and Project Managers, through web-based systems. This includes coordinating submittals with Architects, RFP administration/ordering with Vendors, and delivery logistics with GCs.
+ Monitor Workload, reporting, and overall performance of Vendors including Architects, GCs, and Key Vendors and Material Suppliers.Provide consistent reporting to Project Managers to ensure informed decisions on project assignments can be made.
+ Build and maintain effective Vendor relationships -- ensure consistent, high-level services and communications with client leaders to minimize escalations and drive improvements in client satisfaction.
+ Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated. Facilitate Vendor meetings.
+ Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
+ Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
What you’ll need
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Contractor Bid Administration, Bid Leveling, or Estimating is required.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, or CMM preferred.
+ Retail Construction or Financial/Professional Services Sector experience is preferred.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. Smartsheet or QuickBase experience is beneficial.
+ Knowledge of project management software programs preferred (eg: Kahua, Procore, OVP, Autodesk)

T&T carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
