    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This is an onsite position in Indianapolis, Indiana, supporting an American multinational pharmaceutical company, and operates on a Monday - Friday shift.

     

    This job is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, and providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Ensure landlords, tenants, and service providers understand and follow all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.

    + Acknowledge client inquiries and efficiently collect work orders.

    + Gather information and generate reports to monitor performance and progress.

    + Organize and file work orders, proposals, departmental files, and vendor paperwork.

    + Monitor external activities like waste disposal and recycling compliance.

    + Adhere to instructions and memos, and ask clarifying questions as needed.

    + Respond to common inquiries and complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

    + Resolve straightforward problems using existing procedures, working under close supervision with clearly defined tasks.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

    + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

    + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

    + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
