College Graduate – Engineering Rotational Program (ERP)
Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As a Mechanical ERP Engineer you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance
+ Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs
+ Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy
+ Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded
+ Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained within the last 12 months
+ A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
+ Prior Co-Op or internship experience
+ Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
+ Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
+ Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
