Job Overview
M Health Fairview is looking for a, Evening Shift Casual Floor Tech at our Fairview **UMMC - East Bank** location, in **Minneapolis, MN** .
**Location** : UMMC East Bank, located in Minneapolis
**Hours** : Pick up shifts as needed
**Shift** : evening
Shifts Available:
4:00pm - 12:30am
5:00pm - 1:30am

_Responsibilities_
+ **Cleaning** : Maintain cleanliness in offices, hallways, common areas, and other spaces.
+ **Furniture Handling** : Move furniture before and after cleaning tasks.
+ **Floor Care** : Clean, dust, mop, strip, and wax floors.
+ **Chemical Handling** : Measure and operate chemical dispensing units, ensuring proper labeling and safety.
+ **Equipment Maintenance** : Clean, maintain, and store equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) proficiently.
+ **Reporting** : Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
+ **Hazardous Waste Assistance** : Assist with hazardous waste collection as requested.
_Qualifications_
Required Qualifications:
+ Must be at least 16 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications & Other Required Skills:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
+ Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
