    IFS QA Specialist - Kennesaw, GA

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The IFS QA Specialist will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and rollout of LIMS and IFS ERP across NA H&W sites. This individual will support system integration, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into new system functionalities. The Specialist will also support process analysis, system testing, change management, and training initiatives.

    MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

    + Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements for technology platform implementations

    + Compile, clean, and structure existing system data for data migration

    + Ensure process standardization across different manufacturing locations to align with corporate LIMS and ERP strategies

    + Collaborate with technical teams, ensuring proper system configuration, data migration, and integrations

    + Assist in development of user training materials and workshops for system users

    + Assist in execution of test cases for system functionalities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

    + Assist in validation of data migration accuracy and ensure business-critical reports function as expected

    + Work with IT and functional teams to resolve defects and issues during testing phases

    + Gather feedback from users and recommend further system enhancements

    + Monitor KPIs related to ERP and LIMS adoption and identify areas for continuous improvement

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree; preferred in Biology, Chemistry, or Food Science or equivalent

    Experience

    + Minimum 2 years+ food or dietary supplement manufacturing industry experience

    + Experience with technology platform implementations

    Specific skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    + Quality systems and policies in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing environment

    + Data Management (data collection, cleaning, and review for accuracy)

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Requires excellent written and verbal communications

    + Ability to work successfully in a cross functional matrix

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

     

    If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

    $52,800.00 - $99,400.00
