    Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

     

    Join the dedicated team at Geneva General Hospital as a Float Pool RN! This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing high-quality patient care across multiple units.

     

    Shifts: 12 hour shifts with choice of straight days or straight nights

    Position Highlights:

    + Flexible & Dynamic: As a Float Pool RN, you'll provide vital support where it’s needed most, rotating between units based on staffing needs.

    + Diverse Experience: Candidates must have ICU experience and will have the opportunity to expand their skills across various departments.

    What You Bring:

    + Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

    + BSN Required

    + 2 years experience in ICU

    + Current NYS RN license

    + 1-year acute care experience preferred

    + Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

    + Tech-savvy and confident using clinical software

     

    Salary: $44.77-$53.38
