A role in **Global Inventory Management** (GIM) means applying your specialized and well-informed point of view to what we buy, from whom, how much and where it needs to go from there. You’ll use the right combination of data and expertise to achieve the best possible product availability through proper inventory positioning. You’ll also focus on the efficient transportation of product around the world, while ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and achieving the best possible product availability through proper inventory positioning. You’ll not only establish and develop great relationships with our vendors to encourage on-time shipment and delivery to stores and ultimately guests, but you’ll also analyze transportation supplier capabilities and contracts for maximum speed, reliability and cost effectiveness.
As a **Sr. Inventory Analyst** , you'll drive business strategies to deliver availability and profitable sales through efficient management of inventory. You will utilize deep analytics to problem solve and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leverage your experience to efficiently manage and allocate inventory across all stores and nodes, monitor inventory health and find opportunities for improvement, negotiate and maintain business relationships both internally and externally, and formulate in-depth analysis to manage replenishment components throughout the product lifecycle. In addition to driving guest reliability and inventory efficiency results at a department level, you will also have division level responsibilities including, but not limited to, training and onboarding for your division, creating and leading implementation of division level strategies, partnering across Inventory Management Operations (IMOps), Stores and GSCL teams to drive and execute company level processes in your division, and championing change across your division. You’ll lead profit & efficiency initiatives for your division that require understanding of the drivers of operational expense and influence stakeholders and merchandising process & priorities to bring these to life.

About you:
+ Four-year degree or equivalent experience
+ 2+ years of inventory management, retail supply chain, or related field
+ Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong initiative and attention to detail
+ Ability to analyze and interpret large and complex data sets
+ Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills
+ Ability to influence and communicate clearly and effectively
+ Ability to navigate or work within with ambiguity
