Customer Service Representative – Join Our Team!
Are you passionate about helping customers and ensuring smooth order management? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Customer Service Representative** . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships, this is the role for you!
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Pay:** $17.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
+ Handle daily service tasks including order entry, phone calls, return processing, and problem-solving.
+ Build strong relationships with accounts by addressing specific customer needs and providing prompt follow-up.
+ Manage specialized services, including buying group requirements and custom product requests.
+ Collaborate closely with sales leaders to support goals and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
