**Pay Rate:** $15.00-$15.50/hour

**Shift Hours:5:45AM -6:30PM or** 5:45 PM – 6:30 AM

Schedule:

+ **Week 1:** Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

+ **Week 2:** Wednesday, Thursday

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our client’s team. This position plays a key role in supporting the debunk/inspection area by stacking WIP (Work-In-Progress) trays on dollies, removing scrap materials, and maintaining an efficient, clean production environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support the debunk/inspection area by stacking trays on dollies.

+ Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently from the production area.

+ Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet daily production goals.

+ Perform additional utility tasks as needed to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts (5:45 PM – 6:30 AM CST), including rotating weekends.

+ Physically capable of lifting, stacking, and moving materials up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.

+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

+ Prior experience in production or manufacturing is **required** . **What's in it for me?**
