About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Portal Developer with EC Pro expertise** to support a mission-critical federal program. This fully remote role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining modern, user-friendly ServiceNow portals while ensuring security, performance, and compliance in a cleared environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with **ServiceNow EC Pro** , ServiceNow Portal Development, and **IT Service Management (ITSM)** , along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical teams.

What You’ll Do

+ Design, build, configure, and test **ServiceNow portals** and web-based components

+ Develop and customize portals using **ServiceNow EC Pro**

+ Update and maintain portal content to ensure accuracy and usability

+ Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards

+ Research and implement portal enhancements and updated content

+ Troubleshoot and resolve portal, UI, and performance issues

+ Follow ServiceNow best practices, accessibility standards, and security guidelines

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

+ **Active Secret Clearance** (must be current)

+ **U.S. Citizenship required**

+ Advanced experience with:

+ ServiceNow Platform

+ ServiceNow Portal Development

+ ServiceNow ITSM

+ **ServiceNow EC Pro (required)**

+ Strong understanding of web development and portal architecture

+ Proven ability to document technical solutions

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
