What You'll Be Doing
+ Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
+ Monitor material inventory and communicate with team for production needs
+ Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
+ Assist with general yard duties to maintain a clean and organized work area
What Are We Looking For
+ Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
+ Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance
+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments
+ Reliable and punctual with a focus on quality and productivity
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

+ $21.10 to $29.00 per hour
