    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and maintain equipment to support aggregate production

    + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery

    + Assist with material handling and loading operations

    + Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards

    + Support plant operations through general labor and cleanup tasks

    + Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability

    + Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment

    + Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying conditions

    + Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
