What You'll Be Doing
+ Operate front-end loader to move and load sand and gravel materials efficiently.
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance.
+ Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.
+ Follow all safety protocols and plant operating procedures.
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
What Are We Looking For
+ Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.
+ Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance.
+ Capability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Adaptability to changing priorities and work conditions.
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Compliance with all company safety and operational policies.
Physical Demands
+ Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
+ Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform routine maintenance tasks.
+ Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and surroundings safely.
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
+ Shift Hours: 2pm - 12am
