    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and maintain quarry equipment safely and efficiently

    + Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical repairs

    + Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies

    + Assist with site housekeeping and safety compliance

    + Support team operations to meet production goals

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment

    + Familiarity with heavy equipment or willingness to learn

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Commitment to following safety and operational procedures

    + Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing tasks

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
