About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Director of Product Compliance, the **Senior Compliance Engineer** will apply advanced regulatory compliance and engineering expertise to ensure our products meet global standards. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and influence strategic decisions across the Water Quality platform.
This position is part of the Water Quality Strategic Product Compliance team located in Loveland Colorado, and it is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate instrumentation circuit designs for compliance and suggest improvements.
+ Interpret and apply complex global compliance regulations and standards.
+ Serve as a recognized technical authority for compliance interpretation and implementation.
+ Educate teams through training and best practices.
+ Support M&A activities across the Water Segment.
Essential Requirements:
+ Associates Degree + 25 years OJT experience, or
+ Bachelor’s Degree + 15 years relevant experience, or
+ Master’s Degree + 10 years relevant experience
+ Expertise in EMC standards, RF design, FCC and global wireless certifications
+ Proven leadership in compliance engineering disciplines

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $123,000 - $160,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
