    About the role

     

    HealthFitness invites you to explore this **Injury Prevention Professional** opportunity in **East Liberty, OH** - _approximately 10-15 minutes northwest of Marysville, OH_ ! Great for someone with an interest in industrial ergonomics and looking to launch a career within the corporate industry. Role functions within a manufacturing environment.

     

    **Full-time:** 40 hours/week

    **Schedule:** M-F, 1:30p - 10p (no weekends)

    Supports the creation and implementation of programs focused on the prevention of work injuries, physical conditioning, and employee education and wellness.

    Key Accountabilities

    + Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.

    + Develops exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.

    + Collects and document appropriate program data to support the ROI process.

    + Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.

    + Supports employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.

    + Other duties as needed/assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field required.

    + Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.

    + Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

     

    Compensation: $22.00 - $25.50/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
