Job Description:
TTI Floorcare has an opening in the Anderson, SC corporate office for a **Financial Analyst-FP&A** within the Finance department reporting to the Director of Finance. This role will be the primary business partner to functional leaders of multiple departments across Floorcare. In addition, it will provide timely and accurate financial analysis, reporting, forecasting supporting a variety of recurring financial processes as well as special projects and ad hoc analyses.
Success in this role means collaborating with these functional leaders to optimize the financial performance of their respective areas. The ideal candidate will have a focused finance background in addition to strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. This role will be highly visible to executive leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:
+ Partner with key business leaders to help them understand expenses and make informed strategic decisions for their functions.
+ Assist in month end closing and forecasting processes (i.e., facilitating uploads in the financial management system, general reporting, and forecasting).
+ Analyze monthly financial results to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and budget.
+ Support the leaders of each SG&A department with regards to financial data needs and requests.
+ Support the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and Strategic Planning Reviews.
+ Support the Month End Reporting, Forecasting, & Annual Business Planning and Budget Process.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize work procedures.
+ Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
+ Prior experience in a corporate finance/FP&A role
+ Prior experience in business partnership
+ Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
+ Results driven individual with a track record to support
+ Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
+ Collaborative with ability to interact with all employees in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ Minimum 1 year finance and accounting experience – preferably for a large corporation
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
+ Must be available to work in the office
