**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Chili's Dishwasher provides guest and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment, and facilities. You will report to the Chili's General Manager, Chili's Assistant General Manager, Chili's Shift Manager, or Chili's Food Service Supervisor.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will provide guests and team members with clean sanitized and spot-free utensils plate ware, glassware, and equipment.

2. Set up dish machine in the AM and close down the dish machine in the PM according to proper procedures.

3. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.

4. Perform job responsibilities as assigned with outside cleaning and facility upkeep.

5. Trouble-shoots dishwasher machine malfunctions.

6. You will wash plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans and kitchen utensils following sanitation and cleaning procedures.

7. Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.

8. Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.

9. Complete assigned prep work.

10. Perform shift change and opening or closing responsibilities.

11. Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.

12. You will assist other Team Members or when needs dictate.

13. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements:

+ Stands/walk 100% of shift

+ Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently

+ Lifts and carries weights of up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift; place these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and freezer

+ Work indoors 75%, outdoors 25%

+ Work frequently in hot and damp environment

+ Verbalize and respond to Team Members and Managers

+ Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

+ Work in hot and damp environment

+ Prior janitorial experience (one year)
