Operational Excellence Manager - Recycling
Pay Rate:
$125,900 – 167,800
_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

**Scope:** Critical high impact, high visibility role on the Recycling Plant Leadership Lead team and will report directly to GM of North America. Key catalyst in the development and execution of the Recycling business strategy to drive safety and operational excellence in order to to enhance profitable growth across 13 sites & over 300+ employees. The ideal candidate will value safety of all else, have related operational and analytical experience, and have ability to influence across various functions and levels.
The Job You Will Perform:
+ Direct contributor to deploying safety excellence standards across plant system, including 5S and TIFRA.
+ Facilitate the development, execution, and tracking of operational initiatives within Recycling to support the business strategy
+ Identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using data analytics via a Daily Management System to support the execution of the business strategy.
+ Support the development and prioritization of capital projects and tracking performance of investments
+ Other duties as assigned
+ This job will be based in Memphis but will require frequent travel (50%+) to Recycling sites across the US.
The Skills You Will Bring:
+ BS/BA in Related Field
+ Preferred 5 years’ experience in a Recycling business -Site Leadership, Operations
+ Experience with equipment maintenance planning and operational efficiency metrics (e.g., Daily Management Systems, Reliability, Lean Manufacturing)
+ Data analytics skills, including strong familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ERP/MES systems
+ The ability to collect, analyze, and present complex data in a clear and compelling manner
