**Location:** Raleigh, NC or Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Summary:
The Leadership Development Solutions Manager plays a critical role in activating Ralliant’s talent and culture strategy at both the enterprise and Operating Companies (OpCo). This role is dedicated to scaling leadership capability, running high-impact programs, and ensuring our Leadership Development Framework is embedded into everyday work, people processes, and manager effectiveness.
Sitting within the Global Learning & Leadership Development Team, this role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and HRBPs, enabling change at scale, building capability through structured learning journeys, and driving measurable improvement in leadership behaviors, team health, and organizational performance.
This role requires an operator–strategist hybrid: someone who can run exceptional programs with excellence, while also translating business needs into scalable learning, tools, and development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Enterprise Activation
+ Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise leadership development programs (e.g., HiPo development, manager development, capability sprints).
+ Ensure programs run flawlessly: facilitator readiness, learning materials, comms cascades, measurement, and stakeholder alignment.
+ Scale programs across operating companies, enabling localized customization while preserving enterprise standards.
+ Partner with the Integrated Talent Team to embed leadership expectations and behaviors into talent processes, culture workshops, and career pathways.
OpCo Partnership & Consulting
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and OpCo leaders, diagnosing leadership and capability needs and recommending targeted solutions.
+ Support OpCos in activating the Ralliant Leadership Development Framework through manager training, capability playbooks, and team-level interventions.
+ Leverage Experience Maps and Fit Matrices to identify capability gaps and development pathways.
Learning Experience Design & Scalable Tools
+ Design and deploy scalable learning solutions (playbooks, learning modules, tools, job aids, manager kits) that enable self-service and repeatable development.
+ Build clear, practical toolkits that help leaders “learn by doing,” reinforcing Ralliant culture and leadership behaviors.
+ Partner with Integrated Talent Team to ensure learning solutions reinforce career architecture, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement
+ Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data (participation, NPS, behavior change, business outcomes).
+ Create dashboards and insights for executive reporting and continuous iteration.
+ Ensure all leadership development programming demonstrates clear ROI and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
+ 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Learning & Leadership Development or Organizational Development.
+ Proven experience running complex, high-visibility learning programs end-to-end.
+ Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
+ Ability to analyze learning and organizational data to drive insights and action.
+ Comfort operating in a matrixed, fast-paced enterprise with multiple OpCos.
+ Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and executive presentation.
+ Strategic thinker who can also execute with precision and operational discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in a large enterprise, matrixed, or multi-OpCo environment.
+ Prior HRBP or Talent Business Partnering experience.
+ Experience with LMS/LXP management and digital learning tools (Articulate preferred).
+ Background in leadership development frameworks, team effectiveness models, or capability building.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00
