The Role

Due to an internal promotion within our team, we're now looking for a motivated graduate engineer to step into a key role in our US Condition Monitoring Team. You'll operate at regional level in a global team of specialists focused on wind turbine health, performance, and reliability.

In this role, you'll help connect turbines to the cloud, support onboarding for new customers, and play a hands-on part in monitoring the performance of renewable energy assets.

This is an ideal first role for someone eager to grow quickly, gain industry-leading experience, and contribute to real-world clean energy operations.

Key responsibilities:

+ Monitor wind turbine performance using our fleetMONITOR platform

+ Analyse alarms and asset health data to support customer insights

+ Assist with onboarding new customers and setting up monitoring services

+ Identify ways we can deliver additional value—performance insights, training, consulting

+ Work with global colleagues to continuously develop and improve our services

Ideally, you'll have/be:

+ A bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field

+ Some practical exposure through internships, university projects, or industrial experience

+ Understanding of dynamics, rotating machinery, or engineering maths

+ Programming ability in Python or MATLAB

+ Strong communication skills—for reports, presentations, and customer interaction

+ A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools and approaches

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team
