Description
Georgia Military College (GMC) – Main Campus announces the opening for a part-time Cadet recruiter reporting directly to the Administrative Assistant of the Commandant. Period of employment is 1 JAN 2025 TO 25 MAY 2025 . Cadet part time recruiter is responsible for the develop of new Cadet leads, recruitment of those leads, coordination of on/off campus tours in coordination with GMC Corps of Cadets Cadet Recruiter and the GMC Main Campus admission and enrollment teams. Will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of all Cadet recruiting efforts for the Corps of Cadets to include communication and outreach to National Guard Recruiters, High School JROTC instructors, High School Counselors, parents of potential candidates about the unique Cadet programs offered at GMC. (Early commissioning, state service scholarships, civic leader, and military academy scholars.) Focus of your recruiting effort will be for the State Service Scholarship. Housing will be provided by GMC during the employment period at no cost to employee.

Required:
+ Be a GMC State Service Scholarship Program Graduate
+ Be an ambassador of GMC and able to represent Georgia Military College and its Corps of Cadet
+ Proficient in use of information technology and business systems include Microsoft Office.
+ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Working knowledge of military structure, ranks and culture.
Georgia Military College employees are required to enroll in direct deposit as the institution does not issue paychecks. New hires will be required to upload account information for direct deposit within the onboarding process prior to their start date. Employees have the ability to add, remove, and change account information within their Paycom Employee Self-Service portal.
