The Program Specialist develops and administers statewide public health programs in response to state needs and federal grant solicitations. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy. This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2026. This position is grant funded by two grants: 50% funded through September 29, 2026, and 50% funded through March 31, 2028, with the possibility of grants being extended.
