Account Manager - Retail Channel

Do you thrive on building partnerships and driving results? As an Account Manager for the Retail Channel, you’ll lead the charge in growing sales through the hardware channel by asking the right questions, spotting trends, and collaborating across teams. You’ll work hand-in-hand with channel partners to craft and execute winning strategies, own line reviews, deliver compelling promotional pitches, and ensure clear, impactful communication with external stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll champion the Craftsman brand internally, partnering across departments to bring innovative products to market and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
+ Manage day-to-day relationships with key channel partners, including Ace Hardware, Blains, Fleet Farm among others - responding to customer needs, and ensuring healthy and sustainable growth
+ Serve as a leader and champion for the Craftsman line of wet/dry vacuums, filter, and accessories
+ Drive sales and promotional execution; from line reviews to product launches, and promotional pitches
+ Produce weekly and quarterly sales reports, using data supplied by the channel partner to keep the broader organization apprised of recent sales trends
+ Lead cross functional teams that will develop and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholder communication
+ Maintain an exceptional understanding of the product line and all competitor products in the marketplace, with a continuous effort to improve that knowledge
+ Develop presentations, support and participate in key business unit and corporate meetings as needed

For This Role, You Will Need:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
+ Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
+ Experience with data analytics, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
+ Experience in the Retail industry, predominantly with the Retail Hardware channel.
+ Outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
+ Excellent business acumen with proven leadership skills.
+ Availability and flexibility to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
+ Master of Business Administration.
+ 3+ years of relevant experience.
+ Strong organizational and business communication skills (verbal and written), with solid presentation abilities.
+ A highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills; able to meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work standards.
+ Dependable and punctual, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
