Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA Lab Technician (Analytical Lab Tech to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician (Analytical Lab Tech), you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production and safety of food products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QA Lab Technician (Analytical Lab Tech) - 1st Shift

**Location:** Rochester, MN

**Pay Range:** $20-24

**Shift: Rotating 12 hour** Dayshift (5am - 5:30pm)

What's the Job?

+ Perform sampling, testing, and verification to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

+ Conduct sensory, microbiological, and allergen testing to maintain safety and quality.

+ Validate in-process checks and cleaning procedures to ensure operational excellence.

+ Record results accurately and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.

+ Support audits and respond to customer quality inquiries to uphold the company's reputation.

What's Needed?

+ HSD/GED

+ Background in science, laboratory technology, or quality assurance is preferred.

+ Experience with data entry in SAP or a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is helpful but not mandatory.

+ Proficiency in MS Office/Teams for data entry and reporting.

+ Experience with chromatography (HPLCs and GCs) is valuable; training can be provided.

+ Ability to perform quality checks and micro swabbing on the plant floor; prior experience is a plus.
