Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

There are 2 Shift times available for this role:

Monday through Friday 5:30am to 2:30pm (overtime as needed)

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (overtime as needed)

**Location:** Training for this positon will be at 5650 Valley View, OH until Mid Feb. In February Candidates will be stationed at 5127 Boyer Parkway Akron OH 44312

Responsibilities

+ Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.

+ Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.

+ Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.

+ Picking orders for next day deliveries, loading trucks upon completion verify, stage and staging all outgoing material.

+ Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Qualifications

+ 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

+ High attention to detail.

+ Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.

+ Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.

+ Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

+ Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

+ Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

+ Forklift experience preferred.

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
